Biz Management offer agency representation to a select number of students who meet a strict criteria for professional acting roles in film, TV, theatre, radio and commercials. Students have worked on countless film, theatre and television projects.

All agency clients must not only be talented, but they and their parents (if they are under 18) must first understand the commitment required to work professionally in the industry. We do not believe in charging book fees or similar to our performers. Every client, once accepted, will need to have a good photographic headshot. Entry into the Spotlight directory is optional but recommended to all our clients.

Clients from The Biz have appeared in lead roles in the West End productions of The Lion King, Far Pavillions and Les Miserables and have appeared on BBC’S Blue Peter, CBBC'S Xchange, RSPCA Advert, films, BBC'S The Mysti Show and The Children’s Variety Performance at Her Majesty's Theatre, London. Shows at The New Victoria include The Twits and at the Rhoda McGaw Theatre include Guys and Dolls, Oliver! and The Wiz.

Biz Management is currently scouting throughout Surrey in order to find the best talent on offer from the ages of 4 to 84, in order to represent them at the World Wide Acclaimed  Actors Model & Talent Convention (AMTC), which will take place at Euro Disney for six days November 18th-23rd 2008.

With the caliber of VIP's we are confident that the success rate for talented locals will echo that of their fellow American AMTC grads. Big name models and movie stars like Mena Suvari, Dakota Fanning, Leonardo Di Caprio all started at AMTC. AMTC has hundreds of  success stories, and they are working everywhere! They are Movie Stars, TV Stars, Broadway Stars, Professional Singers, Models with major agencies around the world and Erika Vincent and her team see no reason why YOU shouldn’t be joining them and so want to hear from talented people throughout Surrey.

Biz Management is looking for actors, singers, dancers and models (strict height and measurement rules apply for models). Ages 4 to adult are welcome to apply. If you are selected, you will be expected to attend a number of pre-convention training sessions/workshops in London. Candidates will be prepared by AMTC for success during these sessions, as well as facing strict rehearsals in their chosen fields. Good timekeeping, commitment and a hunger to do well are a pre-requisite to take part.

AMTC Europe will be judged by more than 50 top UK casting directors and agents including childrens casting director Pippa Hall, as well as larger US casting professionals such as Paul Weber (MGM). This is an amazing opportunity for any UK or European (English speaking) performer to be seen by all the top people in one go. The event lasts one week (with months of training and preparation beforehand) and includes more than 20 industry seminars as well as competitive auditions and the chance to meet and perform for top international agents and casting people. There is a great team in place in Surrey, led by Erika Vincent, who offer support and fundraising suggestions to help make sure everyone who has a talent can attend and enjoy this opportunity.
